We all know there are alternatives for packaging machinery, so why choose Circle Packaging?
I am going to talk about 3 of the factors that I believe set Circle apart:
First, Dedication to Our Customers' Success
If your goal is to purchase the lowest cost machine, we will not be your choice. Your total operating cost is not only the cost of the machine, but is also determined by operating speed, uptime, usage of film, cost to maintain, and durability/longevity. When this total cost of ownership is considered, Circle is the only choice.
Our reputation for reliability is a result of proven mechanical designs and leading-edge PLC-based control systems. With Circle’s open architecture software and Allen-Bradley hardware, you will never be left in the dark with a “black box”.
Our commitment to you doesn’t end when we ship your machine. Our internal parts manufacturing capacity gives us the ability to provide spare parts, made to original equipment specifications, on a timely basis, and on an emergency basis when necessary. Our staff of experienced service technicians is ready to assist when you need to call on their expertise. They are located around the U.S. and are supplemented by factory-based machine testers who also travel to customer sites as needs arise.
Building durable, long-lasting equipment is in our genes, both in the Circle lineage and with the Wrapade products that were merged into Circle in 2023. Wrapade was founded and shipped its first machines in 1932. The first Circle multi-lane pouching machine was sold, designed, and built in 1959 by Circle founders Mario Natelli and Bob McCloskey. Circle’s history continued through the Paxall and Sasib years and, since 1998, has been in the current ownership and operating structure of Circle Packaging Machinery, Inc. Our installed base of Circle and Wrapade machines numbers in the thousands, every one built with our customer’s success in mind.
The Second factor that sets Circle apart is our focus on Building Customer Partnerships
This starts with us listening and acting in what I call 3-S, safety, sanitation, and simplification. When you asked for safe machines that didn’t sacrifice efficiency, we responded. When you asked for machines with better sanitation and cleanability, we responded. And as you are asking for simplification, to help you meet your employees where they are, we have and are responding.
Working together with you on custom-engineered applications is a Circle strength. No matter how unusual your need, chances are we have designed something similar before.
Our employees aim to build a long-term relationship with you. You will get to know our people, our engineers, assemblers, field service technicians, and customer support representatives, not only our salespeople.
Even though their paychecks say “Circle”, our employees know they really work for you, and that is the way we want it.
We work to earn your partnership by being honest and fair in our dealings, timely in our response, and uncompromising in the quality of all that we do.
Are we perfect? No, but if we stumble, you can be assured we will not try to make our problem into yours. We will get to the root of the problem and solve it in a timely manner.
The Third factor that sets Circle apart is the Stability of Private, "Hands-On" Ownership
We are family-owned with two of the next generation actively involved in the business. We have no other shareholders, no private equity masters to satisfy, and no business debt. Actions and decisions result from what best contributes to building the long-term success of the business, knowing that our continued success only comes from building partnerships with and contributing to the success of our customers.
Our business is not that complicated. We don’t chase fads. Our decision making might best be described as “applied common sense”. Our mission is to offer a quality product for a fair price, employing a skilled team to design, build, and service the equipment. Some might call that philosophy “old fashioned”. Well, it might be old fashioned…but it doesn’t go out of style.
If you are already a customer-partner of ours, THANK YOU for your business and your trust! If you are not yet, we are eager for the opportunity to earn your business, your trust, and your partnership.
Thank you!
